Kelly Clarkson was an American musician and singer who became America's Sweetheart once she took home American Idol during the initial season of the show. The win not only catapulted her into the limelight but also earned her a multi-album record deal with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. In the time since the win, she's released a variety recordings from her studio. In these albums three of them made it to the US Billboard 200 Chart while the other albums were couple of centimeters from. She's one of the biggest artist to emerge from American Idol. She began to experiment with themes and songs as her popularity grew. Her uniqueness and vocal skills earned her praise along with a handful of prestigious award. Her most notable achievement is the fact that she was awarded 3 Grammy awards. She has also appeared in movies and on television. She is also the author of the novel for children called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as a member of numerous charitable organizations.
