Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) was a famous American actress. Elson began her career in TV as a child model and actress. Her most well-known character is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson in CBS' science fiction series. Andrea applied for and was awarded the role of Lynn Tanner of the ALF popular series (1986). She worked many years for several popular TV shows, including Movies of the Day before making the decision to leave the industry and focus her attention to her family. Andrea Elson's character, Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was difficult for her. In her retrospective from 2000, People Elson said developing as an actress in the midst of a satcom's viewing audience was a challenge. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew by traveling because of the advertising job her father held. Prior to turning ten, she'd lived in New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea won her first audition San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco justified the claim with the statement "ALF has 285 years, therefore he's an adult who is able to drink alcohol." NBC advised Fusco to stop ALF from drinking in front of children as it would be unwise. Fusco believed that ALF was able to drink alcohol when he was an adult. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was successfully treated and his cancer was in remission up until 2019. At the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey, on Friday 26th June 2019, he passed away from this disease at 75.
