Nadia Elena Comaneci

She grabbed international recognition and affection by giving the world one of the greatest moment in the history of sport - scoring the first-ever perfect ten on asymmetric bars in the Montreal Olympic Games in 1976. And to top it all off, Nadia Comaneci went on to record six more perfect 10s in order to be the youngest Olympic Gold Medalist. In addition to attracting attention, she helped Romania become a household name. In achieving an unachievable success, the sport's image became a legend and promoted gymnastics all over all over the world. It changed how people viewed female gymnasts. It was because of her impact at the Olympics, that both the toe-on moves (toes on) and the release (release move), which were rated as a difficult level, have her name attached. Apart from the Olympics, she also showed outstanding performance in each of her World Championships & European Championships. This is how she became a legendary gymnast, and was among the greatest athletes that the world has ever seen. While in the US she tried to promote sporting goods and models following her departure from her home country. Nadia Nadia Nadia Nadia 2 Nadia
